  • 1½ lemon, juice
  • 30g tahini
  • 6 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 3 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper
  • 210g tenderstem broccoli, sliced
  • 210g edamame or soya beans
  • 210g sugar snap peas, sliced
  • 495g cooked puy lentils
  • 3 pinches sea salt flakes
  • 3 boiled eggs
