- 4½ tsp olive oil
- 1½ lemon, juice
- 30g tahini
- 6 tsp white wine vinegar
- 3 tsp honey
- salt and pepper
- 210g tenderstem broccoli, sliced
- 210g edamame or soya beans
- 210g sugar snap peas, sliced
- 495g cooked puy lentils
- 3 pinches sea salt flakes
- 3 boiled eggs
