ingredients
- ½ cup sago
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup sultanas
- 1 ½ teaspoon bicarb soda
- cream for serving
method
Place all ingredients in a 1 ½ litre casserole dish with lid and stir to mix bicarb soda through.
Bake at 150c for 2-3 hours
serve with cream
