  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • A pinch of dried chilli flakes (optional)
  • A pinch of flaky sea salt
  • 100g hazelnuts (skin on or off)
  • 2 tbsp olive or rapeseed oil
  • 100g mixed seeds of your choice, such as sunflower, sesame and pumpkin
  • 200g quinoa
  • Juice of ½ lemon, or more to taste
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 medium brocolli
