- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- A pinch of dried chilli flakes (optional)
- A pinch of flaky sea salt
- 100g hazelnuts (skin on or off)
- 2 tbsp olive or rapeseed oil
- 100g mixed seeds of your choice, such as sunflower, sesame and pumpkin
- 200g quinoa
- Juice of ½ lemon, or more to taste
- Sea salt and black pepper
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 medium brocolli
