- 220g Mars Bar chocolates
- 3 cups of Rice Bubbles cereal
- 90g butter

- 200g milk chocolate
- 30g butter
method
Mars Bar Slice
- Melt 90g butter and Mars Bars in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Stir in rice bubbles and transfer mixture into a slice tray.
Topping
- In a heatproof bowl, melt 200g milk chocolate and 30g butter over low heat using a double boiler.
- Once melted, spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the slice in the tray.
- Chill in the fridge until firm.
