Slice

  • 220g Mars Bar chocolates
  • 3 cups of Rice Bubbles cereal
  • 90g butter

Topping

  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 30g butter

method

Mars Bar Slice

  1. Melt 90g butter and Mars Bars in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  2. Stir in rice bubbles and transfer mixture into a slice tray.

Topping

  1. In a heatproof bowl, melt 200g milk chocolate and 30g butter over low heat using a double boiler.
  2. Once melted, spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the slice in the tray.
  3. Chill in the fridge until firm.
