- 30g pitted medjool dates
- 20g malted drink powder (such as horlicks)
- 140ml skimmed milk
- 55g yoghurt, such as greek, natural, soya
- 25g protein powder, chocolate
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 handful ice
