  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 115 g red lentils
  • 1 can plum tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 450 ml massel stock
  • 1 tbsp oregano/marjoram
  • salt
